We are currently seeking a Program Manager - IT Transformation & Operations to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead transformation, transition, and operational improvement initiatives.


• Manage project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and governance activities.


• Collaborate with IT leaders, delivery teams, and stakeholders to drive program execution.


• Track delivery KPIs, resource utilization, financials, and operational performance.


• Develop executive dashboards, MIS reports, and leadership presentations.


• Perform data analysis using Excel, Power BI, and reporting tools.


• Support client reviews, steering committees, and executive governance forums.


• Drive process improvements, automation opportunities, and operational efficiency initiatives.

Required Skills

• 6-12 years of experience in IT Transformation, Program/Project Management, Delivery Management, or Operations Management.


• Expertise in project governance, stakeholder management, risk management, and reporting.


• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, Dashboards).


• Strong analytical, financial, and business management capabilities.


• Proficiency in PowerPoint; Power BI experience preferred.


• Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or related field.


• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or ITIL certification preferred.


• Experience supporting large-scale IT transformation, outsourcing, or managed services engagements.
