Apple India invites a seasoned Program Manager to lead end-to-end Business Process Reengineering programs across India and global teams. You will drive transformation of core business processes, deliver scalable solutions, and partner with cross-functional leaders to create measurable efficiency and customer impact.

Reporting to the India Sales BPR Lead, you will design future-ready systems, govern programs, manage risks, and oversee change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of experience in Program or Project Management, Operations Excellence, or Process Transformation.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and partner management skills.
• Strong business insight, analytical perspective, and results orientation.

• Lead end-to-end BPR programs from concept to execution, aligned with strategic business priorities.
• Lead end-to-end program management and implementation of global initiatives.
• Collaborate with our channel businesses, central teams, and functional leaders to see opportunities, build transformation roadmaps, and drive adoption.
• Define targets and success metrics; monitor post-implementation performance to ensure sustainable results.
• Establish robust governance frameworks, manage risks, track breakthroughs, and provide executive-level updates.
• Lead change management through partner engagement, training, and communication.
• Help define and build the future India stack.

Description

Reporting to the India Sales BPR Lead, this role sits within the Strategy, Automation & Insights (SAI) organization. You will partner closely with cross-functional business and technology teams — across India, Worldwide, and EMEIA — to design and deliver future-ready solutions & systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or Master s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven success managing enterprise-wide BPR or digital transformation initiatives.
• Technically inclined with the ability to understand and implement complex process and system solutions.
• Experience leading cross-regional or global programs in a complex matrix environment.
• Ability to influence and align cross-functional and global teams without direct authority.
• Experience with workflow automation, analytics, and visualization tools such as Miro, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and influencing capabilities.
