Job summary

Treebo Hotels is seeking a Program Manager to own and improve our online reputation across platforms where guests discover, book, and review our hotels. You will work across a large portfolio, partner with platform teams, and build systems that keep our reputation strong and improving.

You will design programs, monitor performance, and collaborate with platform partners to leverage tools. A fast-paced environment requires initiative and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 35 years of experience in program management, operations, or a related role.
• Strong ownership - able to run initiatives end to end with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable working with data; proficient in Excel/Google Sheets. SQL or scripting is a plus.
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment and take initiative
