Swasti is seeking a program manager to lead planning, coordination, and monitoring of heat resilience interventions across factories, working with cluster teams, government bodies, and industry partners.

The role involves developing project plans, trackers, timelines and risk registers; coordinating with cluster teams for onboarding; overseeing components like Heat Action Plans and dashboards; collaborating with internal teams, factories, government bodies, associations, and partners; and

Qualifications

• 3 to 4 years of experience in program management, project coordination, or implementation roles.
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders such as field teams, government departments, private sector partners, and technical experts.
• Strong program management skills to plan, coordinate, and follow up across multiple workstreams.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills for trackers, progress updates, and donor reports.
• Excellent written and verbal English; proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Willingness to travel to project locations.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate with internal teams, factories, government departments, industry associations, brands, and technical partners.
• Track project progress, support quality assurance, and consolidate field updates.
• Prepare donor reports, review decks, and management updates.
• Supervise the Program Associate and support project documentation and administrative processes.
• Represent the project in relevant meetings and forums.

Role

A program management role leading the planning, coordination, and monitoring of heat resilience interventions across factories, working closely with cluster teams, government bodies, and industry partners.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• 3 to 4 years of experience in program management, project coordination, or implementation roles, ideally in public health, worker wellbeing, occupational health and safety, climate resilience, or livelihoods programs
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders such as field teams, government departments, private sector partners, and technical experts
• Strong program management skills, able to plan, coordinate, and follow up across multiple workstreams and timelines
• Strong documentation and reporting skills, able to prepare clear trackers, progress updates, and donor reports
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English, with working knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace
• Able to analyze project progress, spot gaps, and find practical solutions
• Comfortable working closely with field teams and traveling to project locations when needed
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability in a fast paced, multi stakeholder environment
• Knowledge of Telugu or Tamil is an advantage but not required
