Everforth Quinnox is seeking a Delivery Director with a strong software delivery background to lead large, complex technology programs for US-based clients from Bangalore. You will drive program governance, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure delivery excellence across scope, schedule, budget, and quality.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end delivery of large and complex technology programs for US-based customers.
• Act as the primary delivery point of contact for customers and manage senior stakeholder relationships.
• Drive program planning, execution, governance, delivery milestones, and overall program outcomes.
• Lead and mentor large, cross-functional teams (developers, architects, QA, BA, DevOps, etc.).
• Translate customer requirements into effective technology delivery plans with engineering and architecture teams.
• Ensure quality, scalability, timelines, and adherence to delivery standards.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, changes, and dependencies.
• Establish governance, status reviews, dashboards, and delivery metrics.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks proactively.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager with a strong background in software development and progressive experience in managing large-scale technology programs. The ideal candidate will have started their career in a development/engineering role and transitioned into delivery management.

The candidate should have experience working with US-based customers, managing complex delivery engagements, and leading cross-functional technology teams. Exposure to Manufacturing, Retail, Logistics, or AI/GenAI programs will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of large and complex technology programs for US-based customers.


• Act as the primary delivery point of contact for customers and manage senior stakeholder relationships.


• Drive program planning, execution, governance, delivery milestones, and overall program outcomes.


• Lead and mentor large, cross-functional teams comprising developers, architects, QA, business analysts, DevOps, and other technology professionals.


• Translate customer business requirements into effective technology delivery plans in collaboration with engineering and architecture teams.


• Work closely with technical teams to ensure quality, scalability, timelines, and adherence to agreed delivery standards.


• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests.


• Establish and manage project governance, including status reviews, steering committee meetings, dashboards, and delivery metrics.


• Identify delivery risks proactively and drive mitigation and resolution plans.


• Partner with sales, pre-sales, solution architects, and account management teams on proposals, estimates, solutioning, and client engagements.


• Ensure effective communication with US customers and stakeholders across different organizational levels.


• Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of customer and delivery issues.


• Support account growth by identifying opportunities for additional engagements and expansion within existing accounts.


• Lead and deliver AI/GenAI programs, including adoption of AI solutions, AI-enabled application modernization, automation, and transformation initiatives, where applicable (Preferred)

Required Skills & Experience

• 15–18 years of overall IT experience, preferably within an IT consulting / technology services organization.


• Strong foundation in software development / engineering, with hands‑on experience earlier in the career.


• Proven experience managing large technology programs and multiple workstreams.


• Experience working directly with US-based customers and stakeholders.


• Experience managing distributed and cross-functional teams.


• Strong customer-facing, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.


• Experience with program governance, financial management, resource planning, risk management, and delivery metrics.


• Ability to work effectively with technical and business stakeholders and bridge the gap between technology and business requirements.


• Experience leading AI/GenAI programs or AI-led technology transformation initiatives is preferred.
