Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Co-founder to drive strategic priorities and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Lead end-to-end execution of cross-functional programs with governance and risk management.
  • Conduct strategic analyses on performance, trends, and growth opportunities for executive decisions.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to define objectives and track progress.
  • Build executive dashboards and KPIs to drive accountability and performance.
  • Prepare insights and presentations for planning reviews and leadership forums.
  • Work with Product, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations, and Tech to remove bottlenecks.
  • Develop board materials and strategic communications for leadership forums.
  • Be a thought partner bringing data-driven insights to key decisions.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Program Manager – Co-founder’s Office to work closely with the Co-founder on high‑impact strategic initiatives that shape the company's growth, operational excellence, and long‑term priorities. This role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution and offers a unique opportunity to work at the center of decision‑making in one of the world's leading EdTech companies.

As a trusted partner to the Co-founder, you will drive cross‑functional programs, solve complex business challenges, support strategic planning, and ensure effective execution across the organization. This role requires exceptional analytical capabilities, structured problem‑solving, stakeholder management, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner closely with the Co-founder to drive strategic priorities, special projects, and business‑critical initiatives across the organization.
  • Lead end‑to‑end execution of cross‑functional programs, including planning, governance, execution tracking, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Conduct strategic analyses on business performance, market trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities to support executive decision‑making.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to define objectives, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of key organizational initiatives.
  • Build and monitor executive dashboards, business metrics, and operating KPIs to drive accountability and performance.
  • Support annual planning, quarterly business reviews, and executive operating cadence by preparing insights, presentations, and recommendations.
  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations, Technology, and other functional teams to remove execution bottlenecks and accelerate outcomes.
  • Drive follow‑through on leadership action items and ensure alignment across multiple stakeholders.
  • Develop executive presentations, board materials, business cases, and strategic communications for internal and external leadership forums.
  • Serve as a thought partner to the Co‑founder by bringing structured thinking, data‑driven insights, and a strong execution mindset to high‑priority business decisions.
Qualifications & Experience
  • MBA from a Tier 1 business school
  • 2+ years of experience at Management Consulting firms or in a Founder's Office/CEO's Office role driving strategic initiatives and cross‑functional execution.
  • Demonstrated experience managing high‑impact, cross‑functional strategic initiatives in fast‑paced environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable recommendations.
  • Exceptional communication, executive presence, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution and operate effectively in ambiguous situations.
  • Strong project and program management capabilities with excellent attention to detail and follow‑through.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data‑driven business analysis.
  • High ownership, learning agility, and a bias for action.
