Program Manager

Mid Level (2-5 years)

Own end-to-end solution delivery and adoption for assigned products/customers. Be in charge of the product roadmap, suggest and incorporate new features into the roadmap as necessary. Liaison with the engineering and ML team to develop new product features and drive execution as per product roadmap. Be in-charge of deployment at some of our key clients. Deliver AI SaaS products end-to-end with 2-3 years of experience in AI SAAS based organization. Interface seamlessly with customers, product, and tech teams to ensure smooth execution. Manage customer expectations, handle onboarding, and foster long-term satisfaction. Support travel for client meetings and implementations. Stay attentive to details, proactively resolve issues, and contribute to product feedback loops.
