Job summary

Euler Motors in Delhi is seeking a results-oriented Supply Chain Program Manager to drive end-to-end execution of strategic programs and NPD projects. You will coordinate with Procurement, Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Logistics and Finance to ensure on-time delivery, manage BOM readiness, tooling, samples, PPAP and SOP readiness, and develop comprehensive trackers.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of strategic Supply Chain programs and NPD projects.
• Drive program planning, timelines, milestones, dependencies and deliverables.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Logistics and Finance to ensure timely execution.
• Track BOM readiness, sourcing status, supplier nomination, tooling, samples, validation, PPAP and SOP readiness.
• Develop and maintain detailed project trackers and dashboards.
• Identify delays, bottlenecks and risks and drive timely resolution.
• Ensure supplier readiness as per project timelines.
• Track critical components and ensure there is no impact on NPD / production timelines.
• Drive cross-functional reviews with internal teams and suppliers.
• Establish clear RACI, ownership and escalation mechanisms.
• Prepare weekly/monthly program reviews for senior management.
• Track cost, quality, delivery and timeline performance.
• Drive recovery plans wherever project milestones are missed.
• Coordinate with suppliers for capacity planning, tooling, development and ramp-up.
• Support localization and alternate-source development programs.
• Drive VA/VE and cost-reduction initiatives along with sourcing teams.
• Monitor engineering changes and assess their impact on cost, inventory, suppliers and timelines.
• Identify supply-chain risks related to long-lead components, capacity constraints, supplier dependency and obsolescence.
• Drive closure of open action items with clear owners and deadlines.
• Ensure timely escalation of critical issues to leadership.
• Create MIS, dashboards and management reports for program health.
