Responsabilidades

• Facilitate governance reviews, stakeholder meetings, steering committees, and executive reporting.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives, customer expectations, and execution teams.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, governance, and stakeholder engagement.
• Manage vendor relationships and external dependencies to support outcomes.
• Create and maintain program documentation, status reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to manage program financials, resource allocation, and delivery metrics.
• Experience preparing leadership dashboards, program reviews, and executive status reports.

Desirable Skills

• PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, Scrum Master, or equivalent program management certification.
• Experience managing enterprise digital transformation, modernization, or technology implementation programs.
• Exposure to software development lifecycle (SDLC), DevOps, cloud technologies, and enterprise platforms.
• Experience working with distributed global teams and managing geographically diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of PMO frameworks, portfolio management, capacity planning, and organizational governance.
• Experience in vendor management, contract management, and third-party partnership coordination.
• Familiarity with financial planning, forecasting, and business case development.
• Exposure to fintech, digital payments, consulting, or product engineering organizations would be an added advantage
