Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business experience in technology solution delivery, product management, or R&D.

• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage tools used by product teams for communication, roadmaps, ideation, training, support, and wireframing.
• Develop and report on SOPs and KPIs.
• Set goals for teams aligned with the company vision and strategy.
• Collect, organize, and analyze product data for stakeholder consumption.
• Provide product and operational reporting and monitoring of KPIs.
• Lead daily stand-up meetings with product managers, scrum masters, and architects.
• Manage special projects and programs to completion.
• Identify product improvement opportunities and support decision-making.
• Set up onboarding and training programs.
• Support product experimentation, A/B testing, and Innovation Lab efforts.
