• Strong proficiency in program/project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet) with experience managing roadmaps, schedules, dependencies, and executive reporting (SteerCo)
• Solid understanding of delivery methodologies including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid models across multiple workstreams
• Expertise in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and tracking ROI/value realization>> Compliance & Payroll Integration: Work alongside Solution Architects and P&C teams to ensure system builds comply with strict labor laws, awards.
