Persistent Systems Limited is seeking an experienced Program Manager with 15–20 years of IT/tech consulting experience to lead enterprise-scale technology initiatives and cloud modernization. The role oversees program governance, budgets, and executive updates across distributed teams and strategic stakeholders.

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, governance, and delivery of enterprise technology and cloud transformation programs.

• Establish and maintain effective program governance frameworks, reporting mechanisms, and communication plans.
• Drive Agile delivery practices across distributed teams and ensure adherence to project management best practices.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Architecture, DevOps, SRE, Security, Infrastructure, and Business teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Manage program scope, schedules, budgets, dependencies, risks, and change requests.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks through proactive planning and stakeholder engagement.
• Lead executive-level status reviews, steering committee meetings, and customer governance forums.
• Manage customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support cloud migration, modernization, and digital transformation initiatives involving AWS and Azure environments.
• Drive resource planning, capacity management, staffing strategies, and workforce optimization.
• Monitor project financials, budgets, forecasts, and profitability metrics.
• Ensure quality deliverables, customer satisfaction, and successful business outcomes.
• Facilitate collaboration between globally distributed teams and external partners.
• Develop and track KPIs, operational metrics, and program performance indicators.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, governance standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency and delivery excellence.
• Mentor project managers and team leads while promoting a high-performance culture.

• Strong knowledge of risk management, issue management, and dependency management.
• Experience managing project budgets, resource allocation, and financial forecasting.
• Strong stakeholder communication and executive reporting skills.
• Experience leading distributed teams across multiple geographies and time zones.
• Working knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, site reliability engineering, and cloud operations.
• Familiarity with cloud migration, application modernization, and digital transformation strategies.
