• Strong branding, typography, layout, color theory, and visual storytelling skills.
• Experience designing social media creatives, brochures, reports, presentations, infographics, and marketing collateral.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory; Hindi and Kannada preferred.

• Develop visual concepts communicating WeAct programs, success stories, and impact.
• Ensure consistent branding and visual identity across platforms.

• Create infographics, illustrations, icons, and marketing collateral for events and outreach.
• Support video creatives with basic motion graphics and visual editing as needed.
• Maintain the design asset library and brand resources.

Position: Creative Designer

Location: Bengaluru

Overview:

WeAct is looking for a creative and passionate Creative Designer to develop visually engaging communication materials that strengthen the project's branding, outreach, and digital presence. The role involves designing high-quality creatives for campaigns, social media, events, publications, and promotional materials while ensuring consistency with the WeAct brand identity.

Qualification, Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree/ Postgraduate qualification in any discipline from a recognized university.
• 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, branding, or creative communication.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva. Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects will be an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout design, colour theory, and visual storytelling.
• Experience in designing social media creatives, brochures, reports, presentations, infographics, and marketing collateral.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory. Knowledge of Hindi and Kannada will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creative assets for social media, websites, campaigns, newsletters, reports, brochures, banners, presentations, and other communication materials.
• Develop visual concepts that effectively communicate WeAct's programmes, success stories, and impact.
• Ensure consistency in branding and visual identity across all communication platforms.
• Collaborate with the content, communications, and programme teams to create engaging digital and print materials.
• Create infographics, illustrations, icons, and marketing collateral for events and outreach activities.
• Support video creatives through basic motion graphics, animations, and visual editing, where required.
• Maintain and organize the design asset library and brand resources.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and creative practices to enhance communication quality.

Terms of Engagement: On Contract Basis.

Maximum Remuneration: Up to Rs.60,000/- CTC per month.
