Job summary

Involve-Learning-Solutions-Foundation in Banka, India, is hiring a Program Manager to lead end-to-end implementation of our Student Agency program in districts, focusing on foundational literacy, numeracy, and project-based learning through Block Resource Centers.

You will build strong relationships with district officials, DEO/DPOs, and CSOs, monitor progress, and drive data-driven improvements to ensure high-quality program delivery and scalable impact.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2-4 years in the education sector
• Undergraduate degree in any stream is a must; master's degree is a plus
• Strong communication and on-ground work experience

Responsibilities

• Enable high-quality implementation of the program across schools by strengthening systems, processes, and stakeholder engagement
• Build implementation capability across BACs/CACs to support Student Leadership and Student Agency
• Coordinate Monitoring & Evaluation systems for data-driven decisions
• Create feedback loops between implementation and design for iterative improvements
• Identify risks and gaps for timely interventions and continuous improvement across the program
• Foster positive relationships with district officials and stakeholders
• Strengthen collaboration with DEO, DPOs, DIET, BEO, BDO and other officials
• Build partnerships with CSOs to address needs at school sites
• Document program progress and challenges to support decision-making
• Generate insights from stakeholder experiences to inform effectiveness
• Drive improvements based on feedback from BACs, Teachers, and CACs
• Provide reporting inputs for funders and government stakeholders

Overview of the Role:

You will manage end-to-end implementation of our Program towards Student Agency in the district, starting with planning & implementing the Peer based program [around Foundational literacy and numeracy & Project Based Learning(PBL)] in all blocks through working with Block Resource Centers to ensure successful program outcomes for all the students. You will be a part of the team that lays the foundation for the scale of Involve. This will include the following:

1. Implementation

• Enable high-quality, consistent implementation of the program across schools by strengthening systems, processes, and stakeholder engagement that drive student participation and teacher ownership.

• Build implementation capability across BACs/CACs (Block and Cluster Academic Centers) to effectively support Student Leadership and Student Agency, improving the quality and consistency of program delivery.

• Coordinate Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) systems to ensure timely collection, analysis, and use of implementation data for decision-making, quality assurance, and continuous improvement.

• Create strong feedback loops between implementation and program design, synthesizing field insights to inform program improvements and support iterative design aligned with Involve's vision.

• Use implementation data and field insights to proactively identify risks, implementation gaps, and emerging needs, enabling timely interventions and continuous improvement across the program

2. Manage Relationships

• Fostering positive relationships with District officials and other Block and school-level stakeholders to build sustained buy-in for the vision of Student Leadership and Student Agency

• Strengthening collaboration with DEO, DPOs, DIET, BEO, BDO, and other government officials through regular reporting, meaningful engagement, and co-created action plans that support program outcomes

• Building partnerships with relevant CSOs to address critical needs at school sites and strengthen student outcomes

3. Documenting and Reporting

• Ensuring timely and accurate documentation of program progress, challenges, and implementation gaps to support informed decision-making

• Generating meaningful insights on stakeholder experiences and program effectiveness through adaptation and use of evaluation and data collection tools

• Driving continuous improvement in program effectiveness by analysing feedback from BACs, Teachers, and CACs

• Providing high-quality and timely reporting inputs for funders and government stakeholders to strengthen transparency and stakeholder confidence

Location:

Banka
Should be fluent in Hindi, both verbal and reading.
This role is an onsite role which requires frequent travel to schools, government offices, and other stakeholder spaces.

Compensation:

INR 4.5 - 6 LPA CTC (Negotiable based on experience & fit)
