Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Program Director to lead GCC delivery and operations in Kolkata. The role focuses on building and owning a full GCC, with P&L responsibility and board-level client relationships, spanning cross-functional process standardization, ERP adoption, and automation initiatives.

The incumbent will drive governance, risk and compliance, and, where applicable, supervise BOT transfer projects as part of large-scale, multi-geography engagements.

Qualifications

• 22–25 years of experience in GCC/shared-services environments with P&L responsibility.
• 10–12+ years leading a GCC or SSC with 200+ FTEs and multi-functional scope.
• Multi-platform ERP exposure and sponsorship of RPA/GenAI initiatives.
• Strategic leadership, governance, risk and compliance oversight.

Responsibilities

• Own full P&L and client relationships at board level for GCC engagements.
• Build the GCC from scratch: talent, infrastructure and organizational design.
• Drive process standardization and ERP/automation adoption across functions.
• Ensure governance, risk management and regulatory compliance throughout.
• Lead BOT transfer execution where applicable and manage milestones.

We are a global technology and digital services company with a multi-decade track record delivering IT services, digital transformation, and business process solutions to enterprise clients across North America, Europe, and Asia. We have a growing Global Capability Centre (GCC) practice, partnering with large multinational enterprises to build, scale, and operate dedicated shared-services and delivery centres — spanning Finance & Accounts, HR, IT, Legal, and Marketing. We are actively expanding our GCC delivery leadership bench in India and are building a pipeline of senior leaders for upcoming large-scale, multi-function GCC engagements, including Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) mandates.

About the Opportunity

We are building a pipeline of senior delivery executives for upcoming large-scale GCC engagements based out of Kolkata — including flagship BOT mandates involving greenfield, multi-function setups for global enterprise clients. These engagements involve consolidating dispersed support functions from 10+ geographies into single, centralized, AI-enabled shared services centres. We're looking to connect with senior leaders who can take full ownership of such an engagement — from Day 1 build through steady-state operations and, where applicable, a structured transfer of ownership to the client.
