Noora Health is seeking a Program Coordinator to manage the Care Companion Program across hospital partners in India. The role involves extensive on-site travel, coordination with government and public hospitals, and ensuring training outcomes are met.
You will support training, monitor program progress, and collaborate with designers to test and iterate program content in local languages. Candidates with healthcare/management backgrounds and strong communication are encouraged to apply.

In 2012, YosAid Innovation Foundation’s Director, Anand Kumar, met and worked closely alongside Noora Health’s co-founders in conceptualizing and prototyping what eventually led to the Care Companion Program (CCP). YosAid is the implementation partner of Noora Health.
YosAid Innovation Foundation improves outcomes and strengthens health systems in India by promoting innovative healthcare practices and skills among the patients and their families. In collaboration with healthcare institutions and the government, YosAid Innovation Foundation provides healthcare training and actionable skill building to patients and family caregivers on health behaviors and information.
The objective of this role is to develop a constructive, interactive, continuous and adaptable knowledge-building system for the population accessing public healthcare. As Program Coordinator, you will play a critical role in managing the engagement of the Care Companion Program with our partners.
Manage end-to-end operations of YosAid program at identified hospital partners:
Monitoring of the CCP in partner hospitals
Support training of the trainer activities at identified hospital partners:
Program Iterations/Product Testing:
The position requires heavy project based travel to various healthcare facilities (DH, SDH, CHC, PHC and HWC) in a few districts in the given state. Travel may be for an extended duration and sometimes require relocation to another region of the state.
