Job summary

NSRCEL is the startup incubator of IIM Bangalore. They are seeking a Program Associate for Velocity (AI & Deeptech) to support the design and execution of their early revenue stage program, engaging founders, corporate partners, investors, and the startup ecosystem.

The role involves operations, outreach, and portfolio support within a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidate has strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills, with familiarity with AI productivity tools and deep tech

Qualifications

• 12 years of work experience.
• Interest in startups, DeepTech, and emerging technologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and stakeholders.
• Familiarity & experience with AI productivity tools is a must.
• Any educational background is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Support relationship management with funding partners and ensure smooth program coordination.
• Track program budgets, vendor payments, and operational expenses.
• Assist in proposal writing, reports, presentations, and partner documentation.
• Drive program outreach through events, ecosystem engagement, and social media.
• Support portfolio management through startup data tracking, founder calls, session coordination, and follow-ups.
• Assist in designing and executing workshops, mentor sessions, and cohort activities.
• Build an understanding of DeepTech sectors and support research on emerging technology trends.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth program execution.

Role Overview

You will support the design and execution of NSRCELs early revenue stage program focussing on AI & Deeptech(Velocity). This is a high-learning role with exposure to founders, corporate partners, investors, and the startup ecosystem. You will work closely with the program team across operations, stakeholder management, outreach, and portfolio support.
