Job summary

ICF seeks a Program Associate to support research, analytics, documentation, monitoring and evaluation, and coordination for PMU deliverables and stakeholder engagement across cleantech manufacturing workstreams.

Responsibilities include desk research, data compilation, KPI tracking, meeting coordination, and producing decision-ready outputs, with close collaboration to clients and internal PMU colleagues in New Delhi.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in solar rooftop projects.
• Ability to conduct desk research and support data collection and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct desk research and compile data on cleantech manufacturing value chains, policies, markets, investments, technologies, and global developments.
• Support quantitative and qualitative analysis, benchmarking, issue tracking, and preparation of charts, tables, dashboards, and presentations.
• Maintain work plans, deliverable trackers, action logs, stakeholder databases, consultation records, and the central knowledge repository.
• Support monitoring and evaluation, KPI tracking, output and outcome reporting, and quality review of supporting evidence.
• Coordinate meetings, consultations, workshops, and convenings, including agendas, background notes, minutes, and follow-up actions.
• Assist sector specialists and the Team Leader in preparing reports, briefs, advisory notes, and consolidated deliverables.
• Track stakeholder inputs across ministries, states, industry, academia, and financial institutions.
• Provide day-to-day programme coordination and documentation support across workstreams.

Required skills and experience:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering/equivalent.

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in solar rooftop projects.

Working Relationship:

Work closely with Client, internal PMU colleagues and relevant state, utility, financial, vendor or technology stakeholders.

Maintain role-specific work plans, action trackers, deliverable calendars and supporting records.

Produce clear, accurate and decision-ready outputs within agreed timelines and quality standards.

Handle programme, beneficiary, financial, portal and stakeholder information confidentially and follow approved access and information-security requirements.

Undertake field travel and support urgent programme reviews when required by the assignment.
