Job summary

OSF Digital in ROAPAC invites an experienced Programme Architect to provide end-to-end architecture leadership across large enterprise transformation programmes, with a focus on Salesforce ecosystems and multi-cloud integration.

You will govern target architectures, mentor Solution and Technical Architects, engage with customers and executives, and support pre‑sales, solution design and technical strategy.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a strategic architecture leadership role.
• Experience leading architecture across large-scale enterprise transformation or multi-cloud programmes.
• Strong Salesforce ecosystem knowledge across multiple clouds.
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration, API-led architecture and governance.

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Programme Architect to provide architecture leadership across large‑scale enterprise transformation programmes within the ROAPAC business unit.

This is a strategic role responsible for defining end‑to‑end solution architecture, governing technical decisions across multiple workstreams, and ensuring all solutions align to a unified target architecture. Working closely with customers, Solution Architects, Technical Architects and delivery teams, you will provide architectural leadership across complex, multi‑cloud Salesforce programmes.

While Salesforce Commerce Cloud is an important part of many of our programmes, we’re looking for someone who can think beyond a single platform and provide architectural leadership across the broader enterprise landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the overall programme architecture across multiple workstreams.
• Define and govern the end‑to‑end target architecture throughout the programme lifecycle.
• Provide architectural leadership across Salesforce, integration, mobile and enterprise platforms.
• Drive architecture governance, design reviews and cross‑workstream decision making.
• Identify architectural risks, dependencies and integration challenges.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers and executive stakeholders.
• Mentor Solution Architects and Technical Architects while helping establish architecture standards and reusable delivery frameworks.
• Support pre‑sales activities, solution design and technical strategy.

Skills & Experience

• Significant experience as a Programme Architect, Enterprise Architect, Lead Solution Architect or similar strategic architecture role.
• Experience leading architecture across large‑scale enterprise transformation or multi‑cloud programmes.
• Strong Salesforce ecosystem knowledge, with experience across multiple clouds (Commerce Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud or similar).
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration, API‑led architecture and solution governance.
• Ability to connect multiple technologies, challenge solution designs and balance technical, business and delivery priorities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence technical teams and executive stakeholders.
• Experience mentoring architects and leading distributed delivery teams.
