Job Title: Program Analyst - AMZL OTR Capacity Planning

The AMZL OTR Capacity Planning team at Amazon India is hiring for a Program Analyst position. We seek a candidate with a strong performance record and relevant experience. The team includes short-term resource planners for Out-on-road last mile delivery stations, aiming to optimize costs, reduce operator cognitive load, increase planning accuracy, and automate processes.

Candidate Expectations:

1. Be analytical and justify decisions with data.

4. Define logical, step-by-step approaches to goals.
5. Be comfortable with processes and process design/analysis.
