Job summary

Interview Kickstart is seeking a Program Advisor to engage prospective learners across the US market, guiding them from understanding career goals to enrollment. This fully remote role operates on US night hours (PST) and requires comfort with night shifts and a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

You will manage the sales cycle, conduct outbound calls, and recommend programs while maintaining CRM data and pursuing enrollment targets.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, academic counselling, or B2C sales.
• Experience selling to US customers or international markets is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong consultative selling, objection handling, and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and working in a target-driven environment.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple customer interactions effectively.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer goals and recommend the most suitable Interview Kickstart program.
• Answer customer questions related to programs, curriculum, pricing, and outcomes.
• Build strong relationships through timely and effective follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead information in the CRM.
• Stay informed about Interview Kickstart's offerings and the competitive landscape.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant programs where appropriate.
• Consistently achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets.
