Interview Kickstart is seeking a motivated Program Advisor to engage prospective learners across the US market. You will guide learners through their decision journey, recommend suitable programs, and support enrollment.

You will engage via outbound calls, follow-ups, and consultative conversations, building relationships while meeting monthly sales and enrollment targets in a fast-paced, remote role.

Qualifications

About the Role

We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused Program Advisor to engage prospective learners across the US market. You'll guide them through their decision-making journey - from understanding their career goals to recommending the right program and supporting them through enrollment.

What You'll Do

• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead qualification to successful enrollment.
• Connect with prospective learners through outbound calls, follow-ups, and consultative conversations.
• Understand customer goals and recommend the most suitable Interview Kickstart program.
• Answer customer questions related to programs, curriculum, pricing, and outcomes.
• Build strong relationships through timely and effective follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead information in the CRM.
• Stay informed about Interview Kickstart's offerings and the competitive landscape.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant programs where appropriate.
• Consistently achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets.

What We're Looking For

• 1–5 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, academic counselling, or B2C sales.
• Experience selling to US customers or international markets is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong consultative selling, objection handling, and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and working in a target-driven environment.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple customer interactions effectively.
