Responsibilities
- Review applications for SEPO / Blended Courses
- Coordinate with Outreach on resolving application discrepancy
- Update payment plan, post discounts for the applications
- Payment processing for SEPO/Blended CLP applications
- Close coordination with the finance team
- Ensure proper updates on tools for all payment-related activities
- Ensure necessary information is updated in systems like payment status, payment category, etc.
- Track and apply unidentified payments, ACH, cheque transfers, and GI Bill payments
- Track and manage all wire transfer payments (identified/unidentified) and send receipts to participants
- Work on Loan processing activities, application deferment, withdrawal and refunds
- Ensure the process KPI are met
- First Response Time
- Overall Resolution time
Key Skills and Experience
- 3+ years of customer handling experience
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with Proficiency in English Language
- Knowledge of program management and development procedures
- Ability to work with diverse and multi-disciplinary teams
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Proficient in English Language, written and verbal both
- Tech-savvy, proficient in Outlook, MS Teams, CRM Platforms, lead platform like Salesforce
- Detail-oriented and efficient
- Willingness to work in any shift assigned
