Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Professor role in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) based in Pune, Nagpur & Amravati. The Professor will design and deliver undergraduate and postgraduate courses, create and update syllabi, and develop teaching materials aligned with institutional standards and industry needs. Daily responsibilities include conducting lectures, labs, and tutorials; mentoring and advising students; supervising projects and dissertations; and evaluating student performance through assignments, exams, and practical assessments. The role also involves engaging in research and publications, participating in academic committees, supporting departmental initiatives, and contributing to accreditation, outreach, and continuous program improvement.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE), M.Tech. in CSE & B.Tech. in CSE
• Strong foundation in core Computer Science and Computer Science & Engineering concepts and applications.
• Ability to design and update academic programs and syllabi through effective Curriculum Development.
• Expertise in Data Science, including data analysis, machine learning fundamentals, and related tools.
• Knowledge of Cybersecurity principles, practices, and emerging security challenges in computing.
• Proficiency in Programming, with experience in modern programming languages and software development practices.
• Relevant advanced degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field (PhD preferred, master’s degree considered with strong academic and industry record).
• Demonstrated teaching experience, effective classroom management, and the ability to use technology-enhanced learning tools.
• Evidence of research output, publications, or industry projects; willingness to guide student research and innovation activities.
• Strong communication, mentoring, and collaborative skills, with a student-centered and inclusive teaching approach.
