Job summary

Litmos is seeking a Professional Services Consultant in Pune to bridge trial value, onboarding, and technical consulting for our Learning Acceleration Platform. You will configure integrations, assist with data migrations, and tailor branding through CSS/JavaScript to meet client needs.

You will work across four functions—trial support, onboarding, integrations, and managed admin services—across client accounts while documenting outcomes in Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in customer-facing SaaS support, implementation, onboarding, or renewals.
• Familiarity with LMS administration; Litmos experience strongly preferred.
• Comfortable working from data signals (usage, engagement, trial activity) rather than only inbound requests.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and monitor integrations — SFTP, API-based connectors, and Platform Connector (LPC).
• Support data migration projects, including field mapping and validation.
• Custom coding work: CSS and JavaScript for branding, portal customization, and configuration beyond standard options.
• Identify accounts needing managed-admin services and help restore Litmos setup, workflows, and processes.

About The Role

The Professional Services Consultant is a hybrid role based out of our Pune offie location. The role works across four areas of PS work, depending on where demand is highest in a given week: helping prospects get value from their free trial, supporting implementation and onboarding, hands-on technical consulting work across integrations and data migrations, and delivering managed admin services to our client base.

Key Responsibilities

Trial & Conversion Support

• Monitor active trial accounts and proactively help prospects reach a meaningful setup milestone before the trial expires
• Provide lightweight, unsolicited setup help — configuration tips, content upload assistance, quick walkthroughs
• Flag high-intent trial accounts to Sales for follow-up

Onboarding & Implementation Support

• Support Activate and Operate implementations the way a Customer Enablement Specialist would — user setup, content configuration, admin training
• Log CEM hours against fixed-fee projects consistent with existing project tracking
• Help customers reach go-live readiness on schedule

Technical Consulting

• Build, configure, and monitor integrations — SFTP, API-based connectors, and Platform Connector (LPC) work
• Support data migration projects, including field mapping and validation
• Custom coding work: CSS and JavaScript for branding, portal customization, and configuration beyond standard options

Managed Admin Execution

• Identify accounts that need help with their administration, establish their managed-admin needs, and help bring customers back on track with their Litmos set up, workflows and processes.
• Document value delivered to support the renewal/upsell conversation the CEM or AE ultimately owns
• Maintain all documentation in Salesforce

What Good Looks Like

• Trial accounts reach a meaningful setup milestone well before expiration, and conversion rate improves against baseline
• Implementation projects supported stay on schedule with clean go-live readiness
• Technical consulting work (integrations, migrations, custom coding) meets the same quality bar as the existing one-time consultant team
• A measurable share of at-risk accounts convert to a paid Managed Admin package at or ahead of renewal

Requirements

Technical

• Working proficiency in CSS and JavaScript for portal customization and branding work
• Experience with API-based integrations and data migration projects
• Comfortable scoping and configuring technical work with the same rigor as a senior consultant, not just executing a checklist

Customer-Facing & Process

• 3–5 years in customer-facing SaaS support, implementation, onboarding, or renewals
• Comfortable working from data signals (usage, engagement, trial activity) rather than only inbound requests
• Familiarity with LMS administration; Litmos experience strongly preferred
• Salesforce Planhat proficiency for logging project hours, gift tracking, and trial engagement
• Understands scope boundaries across all four functions — this role executes and prepares, it does not own customer relationships or make commercial decisions

Salary Range: ₹12,00,000 to ₹18,00,000 plus 10% bonus
