The program is designed to develop technical competencies and practical skills through structured on-the-job training in production and related departments. Fresh B.E./B.Tech graduates in mechanical engineering will support operations, learn company processes, and gradually take responsibility for projects while adhering to safety, quality, and organizational standards.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech. in mechanical discipline, fresh graduate.
• Strong fundamentals in engineering and problem solving.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools and basic technical drawing interpretation.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Learn and understand the complete wire manufacturing process, including raw material handling, pickling, drawing, patenting and coating
• Monitor and analyze machine operations, ensuring optimal efficiency and minimal downtime
• Support quality control activities, including testing raw materials, in-process inspection, and final product checks
• Work with the maintenance team to troubleshoot and ensure the proper functioning of machinery and equipment
• Collaborate with R&D teams to explore new product development and process improvements
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce wastage
• Work on data collection to optimize production performance. Prepare reports, analyze data, and suggest improvements for better productivity
• Participate in continuous learning and training programs provided by the company
