Job summary

Gowith Green E-Vehicles Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Production Technicians for the EV two-wheeler production line at Baidyabati, Hooghly, West Bengal. Both freshers and experienced candidates are invited to apply, with ITI qualifications in relevant trades and a CTC range of 1.86–2.00 LPA.

You will participate in assembly, wiring, and installation of EV components, following safety procedures and company SOPs to ensure quality and efficiency on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• ITI qualification in a relevant trade (Fitter, Electrician, Mechanic, or similar).
• Freshers welcome to apply; experienced candidates have advantage.
• Basic technical knowledge and willingness to learn for EV production.

Responsibilities

• Perform production and assembly activities as per company standards and work instructions.
• Assist in assembly, fitting, wiring, and installation of EV components.
• Operate basic production tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow production schedules and maintain required quality standards.
• Inspect components and finished products for basic quality and assembly issues.
• Follow safety procedures and keep the production area clean and orderly.
• Coordinate with supervisors and team members to meet daily production targets.
• Report technical issues, defects, or abnormalities to the Production Supervisor.
• Maintain discipline, punctuality, and proper use of safety equipment.
• Adhere to company policies, SOPs, and workplace safety guidelines.

About the Role

• Basic technical knowledge and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a production/manufacturing environment.
