CTS Group in Chennai, India, is seeking a Production Team Leader to oversee a team of 4-6 operators on large-scale international projects. You will provide technical guidance, distribute tasks efficiently, and ensure a high-quality finish aligned with engineering specs.

You will actively participate in assembly during peak times, conduct first-level quality checks, report progress, and uphold HSE standards while coordinating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Experience as Senior Operator or Lead in an industrial environment.
• Strong technical background in either Electrical or Mechanical assembly.
• Motivate a team and resolve technical issues on the spot.
• Functional level of English is highly valued.
• High attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and ability to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
