Job summary

Luxoft in Hyderabad is seeking a Production Support Engineer (L1) for banking applications. You will handle incident triage and quick remediation in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include 1–3 years in Banking L1 production support, strong SQL, UNIX/Linux, and experience with Hadoop ecosystem (Cloudera, Spark, Hive) plus monitoring with ELK and Grafana. Nice-to-have: AWS S3, Kubernetes, Airflow, MariaDB, and related tools.

Qualifications

• Overall 1 to 3 years of experience in Banking application L1 production support.
• First-hand experience with SQL, Linux, and Cloudera Data Platform
• Working knowledge in Data technologies like SQL, Hadoop, Apache Spark, and Apache Hive.
• Working knowledge in Monitoring tools like ELK and Grafana.
• Superior technical, analytical, and communication capabilities.
• Current on new technology, standards, protocols, and tools in areas relevant to the rapidly changing digital environment.
• Well-versed in digital technologies, automation, environment support, and key technology/vendor solutions.
