• Provide L2 production support for enterprise applications and services.
• Investigate and troubleshoot production issues using SQL and Linux.
• Monitor application health, logs, alerts, and performance using Splunk, AppDynamics, and Grafana.
• Support scheduled and batch processing jobs using AutoSys.
• Troubleshoot applications running on Tomcat and WebSphere.
• Support applications and services deployed on OCP (OpenShift Container Platform).
• Troubleshoot issues involving microservices and application integrations.
• Support deployment and release-related activities using Harness.
• Perform incident analysis and work toward timely restoration of application services.
• Collaborate with application, infrastructure, middleware, and other support teams for issue resolution.
• Maintain production support documentation and operational knowledge.
