Persistent Systems Limited is seeking a skilled Production Support Engineer to provide L2 support for enterprise applications. The role focuses on troubleshooting production issues with SQL and Linux, monitoring health with Splunk, AppDynamics, and Grafana, and supporting batch jobs via AutoSys.

You will work with Tomcat, WebSphere, and OpenShift, collaborating across teams to restore services quickly. The ideal candidate has 4–8 years of experience in production support, with hands-on expertise

• Provide L2 production support for enterprise applications and services.
• Investigate and troubleshoot production issues using SQL and Linux.
• Monitor application health, logs, alerts, and performance using Splunk, AppDynamics, and Grafana.
• Support scheduled and batch processing jobs using AutoSys.
• Troubleshoot applications running on Tomcat and WebSphere.
• Support applications deployed on OpenShift Container Platform (OCP).
• Troubleshoot microservices and integrations and assist with deployments using Harness.
• Perform incident analysis and work toward timely restoration of services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution.
• Maintain production support documentation and operational knowledge.

AboutPosition:
