Job summary

Siemens in Mumbai is seeking a Test Supervisor to lead Factory Routine Testing (FRT) and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards.

Required are a Diploma or Bachelor's in Electrical Eng and 5–8 years in electrical testing.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in electrical panel, switchgear, or power distribution testing.
• Knowledge of FRT, FAT, EHS practices, PTW, and HIRA.
• Familiarity with low- and medium-voltage systems and electrical testing equipment.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
