Job summary

Siemens in Navi Mumbai is seeking a Production Supervisor - Electrical Testing (FRT/FAT) to lead Factory Routine Testing and Factory Acceptance Testing activities, ensuring quality, safety and timely delivery while supervising testing teams.

You will drive compliance with EHS, PTW, and 5S, mentor engineers, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and participate in audits and vendor inspections to uphold Siemens\' standards in LV/MV testing environments.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in electrical panel, switchgear, or power distribution testing.
• Knowledge of FRT, FAT, EHS practices, PTW and HIRA.
• Familiarity with low- and medium-voltage systems and electrical testing equipment.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
