Job summary

JobItUs in Mumbai is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee offset printing operations at our Lower Parel facility. The role requires hands-on leadership and a deep understanding of production workflows.

You will handle costing on software, prepare job cards, coordinate CTP plates, supervise printing and post-production, manage materials, and ensure on-time delivery. The incumbent will also generate production reports and align with marketing on shade and color matching.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in offset printing.
• Experience in cost estimating using software.
• Experience preparing job cards / job details.
• Familiar with coordinating CTP plates and printing operations.
• Ability to manage limited manpower in printing and post-production.
