Wabtec is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensure targets, quality standards, safety, and efficiency. You will supervise personnel, coordinate workflow, monitor equipment, and drive continuous improvement to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
The role requires 3–6 years in manufacturing with supervisory experience and a strong grasp of production processes, safety practices, and ERP/MRP systems. ISO/GMP compliance is valued.
