• Inspect machinery regularly and report maintenance needs to minimize downtime

• Identify areas for process improvement to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and safety regulations
• Collaborate with QA, maintenance, and logistics teams for smooth operations
