Job summary

Givaudan in Maharashtra seeks a Production Shift Supervisor to oversee powder production operations on a shift. You will ensure on-time, safe delivery with 100% First Time Right, coordinating with technical teams for asset care and safety culture on the shop floor.

The ideal candidate holds a BE/B.Tech in Mechanical/Chemical/Production, with 5–7 years of industrial experience in FMCG/Chemical/Pharma plants and hands-on SAP exposure. Strong analytical and teamwork skills are essential.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Mechanical/Chemical/Production with strong exposure to world class production system implementation/execution.
• 5-7 years of industrial exposure in core production in state of the art FMCG/Chemical/Pharma plants.
• Must have hand on exposure in SAP.
• Should have technical background of production process equipment’s
• Should have good analysis skill through statistics tools and resolving, setting up standards with centreline processes.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the safety improvements and assures legal compliance during production works.
• Responsible for area, equipment’s, infrastructure maintenance with the help of technical team.
• Works to standards and assures the team works to it (Safety, Quality, continuous improvements, volume compliance etc.) and secure the availability of all production related documents.
• Responsible to execute and meet/exceed day to day production shift performance in all operation KPI’s.
• Responsible for optimum utilisation of resources through planning scheduling and expediting production planning, shop floor execution and ensuring improved technical availability and people development with engrained quality system execution.
• Systematic approach toward problem solving by using RCA/PDCA tools and manage its life cycle/documentation of its.
• Candidates should have technical exposure in equipment operations, minor maintenance, implementation of asset care and CLITA for equipment in hygienic environment design.
• Responsible for all production consumables inventory.
• Support cross functional department for day to day operation and improvements/capacity enhancement projects.

In This Role You Will Focus On
