DuPont, a premier multi-industrial company, is seeking a Production/ Process Blending Operator for on-site work in Daman. The role focuses on meeting production targets, material balance, and implementing corrective actions while ensuring safety and 5S standards on the shop floor.

Formación

• Graduate with 2–3 years in chemical/plastic compounding.
• Experience with extrusion and injection molding processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet production targets and follow ISO standards.

Responsabilidades

• Meet production targets as per production planning.
• Control raw material usage and minimize wastage.
• Recommend improvements in KPIs (Yield, Specific Power Consumption).
• Carry out shop-floor production activities and material balance for batches.
• Conduct root-cause analyses and propose corrective actions.
• Supervise manpower including contract staff on the shop floor.
• Ensure corrective and preventive actions to avoid repeated customer complaints.
• Maintain 5S and housekeeping standards across the plant.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 systems.

We reward employees with competitive pay and incentives to recognize skills, competencies, and contributions to business results. **RESPONSIBILITIES DESCRIPTION** **Key Responsibilities*** Responsible to meet production targets as per production planning.* Control the raw material usage and wastage minimization.* Recommend improvements in Key Performance Indicators (Yield, Specific Power Consumption etc.).* Dealing and execution of production related activities at Shop Floor.* Carry out material balance calculation of produced batch/grade.* Root cause analysis & proposing corrective and preventive action for non-confirming products.* Should have good manpower handling experience.
