Job summary

Cynosure Corporate Solutions in Tamil Nadu invites a quality assurance and lab operations professional to lead routine microbial testing, environmental monitoring, and batch release activities for our biotech products.

You will maintain CoA and BMR records, supervise production staff, ensure GMP and NABL compliance, and drive internal audits and QHSE improvements in a fast‑paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Good Laboratory Practices and contamination control awareness.

Responsibilities

• Ensure inspection and documentation of product samples before approval.
• Maintain Certificate of Analysis (CoA) and batch records (BMR) for traceability.
• Oversee blending, mixing, packaging, and dispatch; coordinate material supply.
• Maintain BMR records for insuring smooth production and traceability.
• Coordinate with admin for delivery documentation and inspections.
• Prepare root cause analyses and corrective action plans; support internal audits.

Job Description

Quality Assurance & Lab Operations:

• Conduct routine microbial and nutritional testing of raw materials and finished products.
  
• Perform environmental monitoring to ensure lab hygiene, air pollution control and compliance.
  
• Ensure inspection and documentation of product samples before approval.
  
• To maintain Certificate of Analysis (CoA), the detailed analytical results of the finished product.
  
• Finished goods quality inspection to be recorded which includes tests, samples taken, and acceptance/rejection criteria. NABL accredited Lab testing for every batch to be ensured.
  

Production Operations:

• Supervise staff and labor during daily production of our Biotech products.
  
• Oversee blending, mixing, packaging, and dispatch of finished goods. Coordinate raw material supply, inventory checks, ensure timely availability of all raw materials for the uninterrupted production.
  
• Ensure adherence to batch processing schedules, keep log and conduct required tests, etc., to ensure quality of the finished product, maintain production logs and co‑ordinate with production labor and logistics during delivery.
  
• Maintain the BMR record for insuring smooth production and traceability. A well‑maintained BMR which includes product name and batch number, manufacturing date and time, Bill of materials (BOM), In‑Process Controls (IPCs), Yield calculations, Material usage records, Deviations Non‑conformances, Equipment maintenance logs, Signature/Date to be managed.
  

Documentation & Quality Systems:

• Maintain comprehensive records for microbiological tests and production data.
  
• Conduct internal and SGS quarterly audits and implement QHSE compliance measures.
  
• Prepare root cause analysis reports and corrective action plans.
  
• Maintain raw material stock register / inventory log.
  
• Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to be created along with the management.
  
• Equipment Usage, cleaning and Sanitation records to be logged.
  
• To maintain finished goods, register and daily dispatch register including the date of dispatch, customer name, product name and quantity, batch number, delivery challan number, vehicle details and signature of the person handing over the goods.
  
• Coordinate with admin staff on Delivery challans / Dispatch Notes, Invoice copies compilation, Proof of Delivery etc.
