Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in electronics or electrical manufacturing.
• Started career at Production Technician / Assembly / Line-level role.
• Currently or previously led a team (Technician Lead / Supervisor / Assistant Manager).
• Experience in PCB Assembly, Electronics testing & quality checks, BOM handling & component coordination.
