Job summary

Pagaar India in Jamnagar seeks an experienced Production Head to lead end-to-end manufacturing for bathroom fittings and sanitaryware. You will plan production, manage manpower, control processes, coordinate with PPC and QA, and drive efficiency to meet targets while controlling costs.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production against targets.
• Lead end-to-end production for bathroom fittings (faucets, CP fittings).
• Coordinate with PPC, Purchase, Quality, Maintenance, Stores and Dispatch teams.
• Ensure material availability and uninterrupted production.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain production reports, MIS, and performance data.
• Drive productivity, quality, cost, and delivery improvements.
• Train and guide supervisors and operators.
• Ensure SOPs and safety standards are followed.
