Job summary

Anant Printech Pvt Ltd. is seeking an experienced Production Manager/Head to lead our end-to-end production operations in our integrated printing and packaging setup.

This hands-on leadership role requires the ability to plan, execute, improve and drive excellence across offset printing, packaging, and pharma/cosmetics packaging segments. You will be responsible for production planning, shop floor management, manpower control, quality assurance, wastage control, and ensuring on-time delivery

• Heidelberg 5-Colour Printing exposure and pre/post press
• Mono Cartons | Corrugation | Rigid Boxes
• Production Planning & Shop Floor Management
• Manpower, Quality & Wastage Control
• On-time delivery & productivity improvement
• Pharma & Cosmetics Packaging experience preferred

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can plan, execute, improve and lead production operations.
