The role focuses on production planning, resource optimization, process improvement, and coordination with cross‑functional teams to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Ceramic or Mechanical Engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in Refractory Production.
• Strong knowledge of refractory production processes and plant operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor production, manpower, machine utilization, and dispatch as per production targets.
• Ensure smooth equipment operation, process control, and adherence to SOPs/Work Instructions.
• Monitor production KPIs and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Ensure product quality, process efficiency, and timely corrective actions.
• Implement and sustain EHS, 5S, KAIZEN, and Lean Manufacturing practices.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain, and Dispatch teams.
• Manage raw materials, chemicals, packaging materials, and finished goods stock.
• Ensure statutory, regulatory, calibration, fire safety, and ISO compliance.
