Job summary

Hayat Placement Services in Kanpur seeks a garment production coordinator to oversee cutting, printing, stitching, finishing and packing processes on site. You will ensure finished garments meet buyer specifications, maintain records and MIS reports, and coordinate with merchandising, sampling, QA and maintenance teams to optimize production efficiency.

Experience in factory settings and strong planning abilities are preferred to prepare daily to monthly production plans and safeguard workplace

Qualifications

Coordinate activities across cutting, printing, stitching/sewing, finishing, packing
Ensure finished garments adhere to approved buyer specifications
Liaise closely with merchandising, sampling, quality assurance & maintenance teams
Maintain records, MIS reports & ensure adherence to workplace safety
Monitor performance, machine allocation & overall production efficiency
Prepare & execute daily, weekly & monthly production plans.
