Job summary

UltraTech Cement seeks a hands-on professional to plan and execute daily RMC production and ensure timely concrete delivery per customer requirements. You will coordinate with Sales, Quality, Dispatch and Plant teams to keep operations smooth and compliant.

The role involves batching per approved mix designs, monitoring plant, TM and pump availability, managing manpower during pours, and maintaining production, dispatch and MIS records. Strong safety adherence is essential.

• Plan and execute daily RMC production as per customer requirements.
• Coordinate with Sales, Quality, Dispatch and Plant teams for smooth operations.
• Ensure batching as per approved mix designs and timely concrete delivery.
• Monitor plant, Transit Mixer and pump availability and utilization.
• Manage manpower deployment and site execution during pours.
• Maintain production, dispatch and VDMS records/MIS.
• Coordinate with customers and resolve operational issues at site.
• Ensure compliance with plant, site, TM and road safety requirements.
