Job summary

Shreeji Facade Systems is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee manufacturing of aluminium façade systems, windows, doors, curtain walls, and glazing products. You will plan, supervise, and optimize production processes, ensuring quality, safety, and timely project execution.

The role requires strong leadership, PPC and lean manufacturing expertise, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to meet targets and improve productivity.

Qualifications

• Experience in aluminium faade fabrication and related systems.
• Knowledge of PPC, Lean methods, and quality controls.
• Skilled in planning, coordination, and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage daily production activities.
• Ensure production targets are achieved within the planned schedule.
• Supervise fabrication of Unitized and Semi-Unitized Curtain Wall and related systems.
• Coordinate with Project, Planning, Design, Procurement, and Quality teams.
• Monitor manpower productivity and machine utilization.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and client requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement and maintain safety standards.
• Train and develop production supervisors and shop-floor staff.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Production Manager to oversee the manufacturing operations of aluminium faade systems, windows, doors, curtain walls, and glazing products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, supervising, and optimizing production processes while ensuring quality, safety, and timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage daily production activities.
• Ensure production targets are achieved within the planned schedule.
• Supervise fabrication of:
• Unitized Curtain Wall
• Semi-Unitized Curtain Wall
• Stick Glazing Systems
• Aluminium Windows & Doors
• ACP Cladding Components
• Coordinate with Project, Planning, Design, Procurement, and Quality teams.
• Monitor manpower productivity and machine utilization.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and client requirements.
• Implement quality control procedures to minimize rework and wastage.
• Monitor raw material availability and coordinate with stores for inventory management.
• Ensure preventive maintenance of production machinery and equipment.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce manufacturing costs.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Train, mentor, and develop production supervisors and shop-floor employees.

Required Skills

• Experience in faade manufacturing companies.
• Knowledge of Schco, Technal, Reynaers, Domal, or similar aluminium systems.
• Understanding of CNC machines, cutting machines, crimping machines, and fabrication equipment.
• Experience in handling large-scale commercial and high-rise faade projects.
