Job summary

Sanra Biosciences in India is seeking a Production Executive to run sterile buffer manufacturing operations in line with cGMP and company SOPs.

The role involves operating mixing vessels and autoclaves, performing disinfection, dispensing and filling activities, and maintaining strict aseptic conditions in Grade A/B cleanrooms. You will monitor process parameters, ensure line clearance, and collaborate with Microbiology for environmental monitoring.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of sterile buffer manufacturing processes.
• Thorough understanding of aseptic processing and contamination control.
• Familiarity with cleanroom classifications (Grade A, B, C & D).
• Knowledge of sterile filtration, autoclaves and depyrogenation.
• Strong documentation skills with Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Working knowledge of ALCOA+ Data Integrity principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/QMS systems.
• Good communication and team coordination skills.
