• Coordination with Labor welfare department for taking welfare benefits from the department.
• To organize & supervise labor welfare work and activities.
• Workers Induction and make them aware about their benefits like ESI, PF, Bonus and other benefits given by the company.
• Help in maintaining staff & workers welfare schemes & welfare activities.
• Ensuring welfare amenities as laid down in Factories Act. & Rules.
• To maintain code of conduct of different buyers.
• To take care of workers grievance and settle their problems.
• To advice factory management regarding employee welfare activities.
