Qualifications

• Adhere to SOPs, WI, and forms for Operations.
• Follow PFMEA and control plans, and maintain process discipline.
• Drive process improvements using lean and Six Sigma principles.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and ensure equipment reliability.

Responsibilities

• Help improve workflow and production methods with national groups in Operations.
• Follow SOPs, WIs and forms for Operations and control plans.
• Minimize downtime and eliminate bottlenecks via continuous feedback.
• Increase production output and efficiency by reducing waste.
• Ensure finished goods meet high quality standards.
• Coordinate maintenance activities to keep equipment running smoothly.
• Prioritize safety and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Comply with medical devices industry standards.
• Analyse production data and suggest improvements.
• Identify and upgrade production equipment and tooling.

Work Flexibility: Onsite (Office/ Production)

• Help in improving workflow and production methods by collaborating with national groups within and outside of Operations.
• To follow and adhere to procedural instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions (WIs) and forms for Operations, process flows, PFMEA, and control plans.
• Minimize downtime and eliminate bottlenecks by fostering a culture of continuous feedback to enhance production processes.
• Increase production output and efficiency by minimising material waste and supporting cost-effective manufacturing methods.
• Commit to following the quality control procedures and plans to guarantee that the quality of finished goods meets the highest standards.
• Keep manufacturing equipment and systems running smoothly by actively coordinating maintenance activities and implementing proactive preventive maintenance programs.
• Make safety a priority and enhance your workplace by adhering to regulations and fostering a culture of safety. Create an environment where everyone feels secure and protected.
• Make sure to comply with industry standards for medical devices.
• Continuous improvement through lean manufacturing / six sigma principles. Analyse production data and suggest process improvements.
• Equipment Management: Identify, specify, and select production equipment and tooling. Ensure that preventive maintenance plans are developed and executed. Lead improvements and upgrades to equipment as necessary.
