Anshika Polysurf Limited is seeking skilled personnel in Bharuch District, Gujarat, to supervise daily chemical production. You will oversee batch or continuous processes, ensure safety, maintain documentation, and coordinate with maintenance for equipment issues.

Responsibilities include process monitoring via DCS/SCADA/PLC systems, strict adherence to GMP/ISO standards, and guiding operators and contractors on the shop floor. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Shift Operations: Supervise and execute daily chemical production plans to meet targeted output while maintaining quality and safety.
• Process Monitoring: Monitor and control batch or continuous chemical processes via DCS or PLC panels, maintaining key parameters.
• Batch Documentation: Maintain accurate batch manufacturing records (BMR), logbooks, raw material consumption sheets, and daily shift reports.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety guidelines, handle hazardous chemicals, and use PPE; respond to emergencies.
• Troubleshooting: Identify operational deviations or equipment malfunctions and coordinate with maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Manpower Management: Guide, train, and allocate tasks to plant operators and contract workers on the shop floor.
• Housekeeping & Quality: Maintain 5S and ensure GMP/ISO compliance.

• Troubleshooting: Identify operational deviations or equipment malfunctions early and coordinate with the maintenance team to minimize downtime.
• Manpower Management: Guide, train, and allocate tasks to plant operators and contract workers on the shop floor.
• Housekeeping & Quality: Maintain high standards of housekeeping (5S) and ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) or ISO standards.
